jademakesfilms is a Creative Producer focusing on Producer, Director and Script Supervisor roles. 

 

I'm a passionate creator with experience in many avenues of multi-media, but I truly love working on intimate projects that focus on telling stories about social issues. 

 

My desire to further develop my skills and expertise found me uprooting my life and moving across the world to Berlin, Germany to study at dBs Film Berlin. After graduating, I obtained a filmmaking diploma and the experience of working on over 30 films. 

 

One of the projects I produced, FARTA, a short-film about a Mother who has documented her child's upbringing without understanding the consequences of social media has been shown worldwide at different festivals and receiving accolades along the way. 

 

Currently, I'm based in Southern Ontario, Canada and distance-producing projects abroad.
